South Africa is a unique country with enormous potential. Our country has a history in need of conciliation and a population asking for growth and development to address our unique challenges.

In order to be a true democracy, effective and unselfish leadership is paramount. This leadership will enable South Africa to leverage its uniqueness, reconcile its past and prepare for a bright, sustainable future.

Our core business

We enable young leaders to become leaders in action by
•  developing their leadership skills and attitude according to our core principles;
   and
•  helping them realise that they can make a difference by developing themselves
   and by choosing to help in developing and inspiring others.

Our methodology

We use simulation as the primary method of training. Through various simulations, we arouse participants’ awareness, deepen their understanding and create opportunities for them to take action.
